First introduced in 2010 it the Moana Pacific Diver was Magrette’s first dive watch, and possibly the first to represent New Zealand. As such it was a natural choice for one of our 10-year anniversary models. It was a model that was very special at the time because we took a big step up with higher quality components. The micro market was still very young and it was still difficult to find good suppliers that would take smaller orders.

Fast forward to today - we have maintained the core design elements that honor the original while updating the components and movement.

For the first time the Moana Pacific Diver is available in two case sizes (42/44mm), with two color options for the engraved ceramic bezel insert (crisp white or classic yellow).

The MOANA PACIFIC DIVER II has a water resistance rating of 500M, large screw-down signed crown, scratch resistant sapphire box-shaped crystal, and engraved ceramic bezel insert. The MOANA PACIFIC DIVER II is powered by the automatic Caliber STP1-11 from Swiss Technology Production SA. This movement along with a new custom winding rotor is visible through a sapphire caseback.

Movement: Swiss Made Caliber STP1-11 automatic movement with hacking seconds, 28800bph, manual winding, Incabloc shock absorption and Nivaflex NM mainspring; custom Magrette rotor visible through sapphire case back.

Case Dimensions: 44mm (24mm lug width) and 42mm (22mm lug width)

Case finish: Polished case top with brushed sides.

Bezel: Ceramic (matte finish), engraved and fully lumed (white or yellow markings).

Crown: Signed screw down crown

Crystal: Sapphire (box shape flat sapphire crystal), AR coating; sapphire exhibition case back.

Dial, Hands & Bezel: Swiss Super-LumiNova® BGW9 (blue in color); sandwich dial

Water-resistance: 500m/1650ft Water resistance. Viton gasket used on case back.

Strap: All new black FKM rubber integrated strap with logo, name and customized deployant buckle.
